Joe Carroll, Principal
Joe Carroll founded CMMR, LLC in 2003. Joe received a B.S in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urban-Champaign in 1988. Joe has over twenty years of experience ranging from residential additions, new homes to mixed use and commercial projects. Joe is a registered architect in the State of Illinois, licensed for self-certification permitting by the City of Chicago Department of Construction and Permits, licensed Energy Professional and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
Joe has anchored and grown CMMR in Beverly, a historically-significant south side neighborhood of Chicago.
As Principal, Joe represents CMMR in all contractual activities with our clients. He is responsible for the overall project quality and maintaining the firm's technical control. |

Kitty Carroll, Interiors
Kitty Carroll received her Bachelor of Interior Design from Harrington Institute of Interior Design in Chicago in 1983. Kitty has over twenty five years of experience in commercial and residential interior design, space planning, furniture and finish selection.
Kitty is a registered interior designer with the State of Illinois.
As an interior designer, Kitty is involved with all aspects of the interiors for each commercial and residential project. |
